FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- EPDM tube, synthetic fiber knit reinforcement, heat- and ozone-resistant EPDM cover.
- Specifically engineered materials resist vacuum collapse to reduce the need for internal springs in many applications.
- Maximum working pressure for hoses with ID smaller than or equal to 40 mm is 0.4 MPa; for hoses with ID greater than 40 mm 0.3MPa.
- Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).
- Resistant to heat, ozone and chemical coolants.
- Temperature Range: -40°C to +135°C (-40°F to +275°F).
- Custom shapes available with minimum order quantity and setup charge.
- Note: Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed.
